Gorgeous Huipil Dress made with a matching shawl. Hand embroidered with fine thread on raw cotton (manta) and designed with a beautiful bird.
The dress is mid-calf but can be given length with a gauze skirt as pictured.
Gauze skirts are sold separately.
A Huipil is a loose-fitting tunic made of joined pieces of fabric. Some are made with two, others with three, and then joined together. There is only an opening left for the arm. Huipiles are not meant to be tight-fitting or to enhance your body curves. You may use a or around the waist.
